Note	Richard de Percy, son oncle, pris possession des biens de sa tante Maud, Comtesse de Warwick, et d'une grande partie de ceux de sa mère, Agnès de Percy. Le 6 juillet 1234, le roi en personne, décréta que ces biens devaient être partagés en deux parties égales, l'une pour Richard et l'autre pour son neveu William, mais qu'au décès de Richard, l'intégralité devait revenir à William ou à ses successeurs.
